VOICE OF GOD {Part 6}

Moving with the voice of God

We have read about Abraham, who has been ordained to be the father of faith, in the Bible. And He is known also as a friend of God. Also he is known in heaven and Earth as a man who pleased God. Also as a resting place for Lazarus the poor. And he had made various covenants with God, that are so remarkable in the history and in our faith.

When reading about Abraham carefully, you will realize something, that this man, of all progress that he made; his secret was one he moved with the voice of God. The man could not do anything without hearing an instruction from God. You would meet with phrases like “and God told Abraham, rise and go…. and Abraham rose early in the morning and….”
He could sit at one place until God disturbs him to move or do something. And by that, he was called the father of faith (because he walked by faith). And also a friend of God. This man became so close with God to an extent that God revealed to him what He feals by giving His only begotten son, Jesus. God allowed him to feel the same way when He told him to sacrifice his son Isaac. God could not hide His thoughts to Abraham.

Men and women of God who, made it in life and in ministry were moving with the voice of God. What is God telling you now.

I remember there is a person, who was about to visit his fiancee’s home, and God talked to him in a vision concerning his marriage, and also God used a very small kid to tell him what she saw, and the young girl said “I saw you with your fiancee in heaven, and you were having a wedding in heaven”. And the gentleman was happy, thanking God for a wonderful promise🤔. And he came to me, expecting to hear more from God. Like he wanted me to continue saying that she is the right one. And as he was talking, I kept silent for a while. And I said to him “imagine if God is telling you that, it’s now time to make arrangements, and He makes just one sentence to you saying “arise now and take your wife”. Only that is enough for you to begin moving, about how and when. This is the right time.” And glory to God, He obeyed and went to introduce himself and it went well.

Let us know few things when it comes to moving with the voice of God.

1: God cannot tell you about something when it is not the right time for you. When God comes to you and talks to you about your future or business or ministry or the one to marry; know that it’s time now to begin following the voice. Don’t compare the voice of God with what you see around you or with your ability. For example let’s say; a message has been given to you, that the Lord will prosper you financially. Don’t stay there and sit for it to come, begin to follow the voice in prayer and in practice. Begin to walk according to the voice. It means that it’s the right time for you. God speaks at the right time.
