And it required someone who is smart in the area of Discernment to be able to notice the presence of the spirit of wisdom in those people
It required a martured Man in the things of the spirit (Moses). To discern the spirit of wisdom in those people

Moses as a martured man in the spirit, has interacted with different kinds of spirits, so he knows the manifestations of different spirits. He could tell the presence of a certain spirit just by coming across it’s manifestation.
He could just look at a spirit and say “this is a spirit of ignorance” or “this is a spirit of foolishness” or “this is a spirit of wisdom” or “this is a spirit of knowledge” or “this is the spirit of power”

And it needed such a man to walk into the congregations and pick out some guys who had the spirit of wisdom in them

In Israel there were many people who had the ability to make clothes, they were so skilled, but God is directing Moses to go and pick only those with the spirit of wisdom

Just telling me that you are a good designer doesn’t qualify you to design for me.
As long as it is a work that doesn’t require you, but it requires the spirit in you to perform it. I better go for the spirit part of you.

Just look at the nature of the work. Designing a garment for the high priest.

Look at who needed a garment the high priest

And the design of the garment was to be given by God Himself. So it required another spirit from the Same God ( the spirit of wisdom) to understand the instructions given by God. Something that no intellect could understand.

Hear me. It takes the spirit of God to understand the things of God, ( it takes God to understand God). There is no way that people without the spirit of wisdom, were to be trusted for such a work. No matter how educated and talented they were.

Get this child of God.

There is a very big difference between intellect and wisdom, between knowledge and understanding.

Every new idea you get from God, needs a person with the same Spirit to understand it. It needs someone with the same Spirit to be able to understand and do exactly as you instruct him/her.

Don’t just go to anybody just because you have dreamt or imagined an interesting design for you. They will ruin the original look that you have.

At least trust God with the new idea that He has trusted you with. Look in the levels of the spirit and check if there is someone with the spirit of wisdom. Who can give out the exact picture of what you have seen.

See if there is wisdom in a person.

Sometimes we make mistakes of trusting certain people just because they have an A written on their certificates. And then we trust them and giving them priorities and positions. Only coming to realize that things are going worse, they make reckless decisions in the higher offices.
Their way of doing things are just the same, they have crammed the formulas, and always getting us into the same traps. If they try to make something different they end up causing more ruins.
