Last time we said something that marriage is only for the divorced,

And I said that there is a certain lifestyle that you must abandon in order to be fit for marriage.

Today we are getting on with it then we’ll touch more on other things too. Remember we are still on a bridge

Marriage is only for believers ( those who are born again)

God is not happy with the union of unbelievers, He doesn’t find pleasure in the marriage of unbelievers.

What am I saying here?🤔🤔.

Let’s look from Genesis

Genesis 1:28
[28] And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth.

Mungu akawabarikia, Mungu akawaambia, Zaeni, mkaongezeke, mkaijaze nchi, na kuitiisha; mkatawale samaki wa baharini, na ndege wa angani, na kila kiumbe chenye uhai kiendacho juu ya nchi.

God created Adam and Eve, in His own image and likeness. And what God wanted was to see His image and likeness all over the Earth. And to establish that He designed the union of two, He created male and female and gave them an assignment here on Earth. To be fruitful, multiply and replenish the Earth. Because the work of creating man was already done by Him so He is giving man an assignment to continue reproducing the same image all over the Earth ( the image of God). Until the whole Earth is filled with God’s image and likeness. …

So number one intention of God creating and joining male and female is for them to multiply the image and likeness of God all over the Earth

But how are they going to be able to produce Children with the image of God, or how are they going to produce the image of God in their children?

Then God had to design a very conducive environment, a very conducive organization called MARRIAGE.

So the issue is not just having children, but the issue is an ability to replicate the image of God.

Ability to produce Children with the image and likeness of God, that is where Marriage makes sense.

Mark this statement very carefully.

If you try to check the time when the instructions to reproduce, multiply and replenish the Earth, you will come to realize that it was given way back before the fall of man

God spoke to them even before they disobeyed the voice of God, way back before they sinned.

So when God was speaking to Adam and Eve, He was speaking to completely Holy people, who have His full image and likeness, people who are exactly like God. They think like God, they see like God, they speak like God, they operate like God.

So He is telling them to replicate the same image on Earth. Meaning that generations that was to come after Adam was not supposed to be different from the perfect Adam.

But if you again study well you will understand that the Adam that later performed the assignment was very different from Adam that was given assignment by God

The Adam that was given to reproduce and multiply was, a perfect Adam, sinless Adam, Adam with the perfect image and likeness of God

But the Adam that then carried out the assignment was a fallen one, a sinful one, who has lost the image and likeness of God

All of Adam’s children from the first one was born after the fall.

And this is not what God wanted at the first place.

God wanted Children that would come out of Adam to be blameless and sinless.

Now you have heard this statement several times in the Bible especially the New testament “Seed of serpent (kizazi cha nyoka)” being spoken referring to the disobedient.

I know most of us have many interpretation of this statement, some have gone so far to a level of complicating the whole thing.

Now take it from here👇🏻👇🏻

Adam and Eve were deceived by the serpent, to disobey God, so generations that came after Adam from that time were considered seed of serpent because they came out not having the image of God, but rather a fallen nature.

So they had the fallen nature, the nature of serpent, but not the nature of God.

Because the Adam that produced them was already a fallen Adam, not the upright Adam.

Now if you check the way snake hatches its eggs, the young ones leaves their mother to seek their own lives the very moment they are hatched, so the mother has no time to train it’s young ones,. And this is the nature of the disobedient and rebellious children

Hello, now let’s get back to our concept

So in a marriage you are not just repoducing Children, but reproducing the image of God

Because God is in a business of raising a God fearing generation, and the only better place for that is a Holy marriage

Apart from giving birth to those children, there is also something that you have to give birth to, in those Children, and that is the IMAGE OF GOD.

And this image and likeness of God, come into existence through proper teaching and Godly upbringing of Children

Marriage is an institution where characters are birthed

The only institution trusted by God to impose good characters in Children (image of God).

Training your children in the way of the Lord, this is the reason God founded marriage on Earth.

Meaning that when non believers marry God consider that kind of marriage as a hackery, hacking into God’s system when you don’t qualify for that.

So your qualifications for marriage is your salvation, and your knowledge in God. Anything apart from that is considered an ambitious union

And God is not happy when non believers get married because, the outcome of that will be an increase in Satan’s kingdom,

They don’t have any image of God to replicate, so they will be reproducing the image of the devil.

A child born in a Christian family is an increase in the kingdom of God, but those born under occultic and sinful families are increase in Satan’s kingdom.

The reason the devil is busy fighting relationships of those who are born again is because he knows that once you two join, then you are going to give birth to another image of God on Earth.

Look at the relationship of those who are non believers, it’s as if they don’t pass through any battle until their wedding.

But check the relationship of those who are born again, they are fought every side by the devil, a lady who was just and pure before God, the moment a brother from the church proposes her, it’s like that brother has waken up some demons in her, it’s like that brother has told other men to follow the lady too. The lady later turns out to have very strange character that wasn’t there before, is now when it’s like her eyes are opened to see men.

This is the reason I said earlier that you have to check the level of marturity of that fellow, because having an immature partner will give you a lot of pain because they don’t even know when the devil is fighting them, they don’t know when their relationship is being tempted, they can fall into sin and betray you very easily.

The devil knows very well the results of that Holy union that is the reason he makes sure that that relationship become difficult for you to handle, . Unlike the unbelievers because those are his people, they replicate his image. So he doesn’t bother them because they are lost already. They will have trouble with no solution because of the kingdom they are serving (satanic kingdom)
