Neither is there any creature that is not manifest in his sight:….

Wow, we have yet another wonderful part of the scripture here.

There is no creature that is not manifest in the presence of the word of God. So if we are ever going to study any creature, the word of God is a better tool to expose anything as much as it is a creature.

If the devil is a creature then he can’t escape the screening by the word of God. It doesn’t matter how he paints himself, his real identity is made manifest through the word of God alone.

So if you are going to study any book about the devil, make sure that that book is backed up with the word of God. If it is not backed up with the word of God then throw it away.

WHO CREATED THE DEVIL?

Let us look at some important concepts that you have to understand about the devil.

The common name is SATAN ~ Meaning the adversary
Devil ~ Meaning the evil one
Ancient serpent ~ the deceiver.

This is one of the most asked questions ‘who created the devil?’ and ‘why?’,

The truth is that, God never created the devil, God never created Satan. What God created was a Cherub the light bearer ( Lucifer) . The title “Lucifer” was a holy title given to an Angel, a Cherub that God had formed.

Ezekiel 28:14-15
Thou art the anointed cherub that covereth; and I have set thee so: thou wast upon the holy mountain of God; thou hast walked up and down in the midst of the stones of fire.

Thou wast perfect in thy ways from the day that thou wast created, till iniquity was found in thee.

When God created him, He gave him a name that was depicting the way he was to operate, and the name was Lucifer – meaning ( the light bearer, the morning star, or son of the morning)

Isaiah 14:12
How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! how art thou cut down to the ground, which didst weaken the nations!

He turned into Satan, when he sinned against God and wanted to become like God.

So, the devil/Satan is as a result of Lucifer’s rebellion, sin was found in him. And that made him the devil.

What God created was an Angel of light, Lucifer full of beauty, he was created in an amazing way.

The Bible says that

Ezekiel 28:13
‘….the workmanship of thy tabrets and of thy pipes was prepared in thee in the day that thou wast created.’

Meaning that Lucifer had an inbuilt music instruments. He would move and every movement he did gave a music sound. He would lift up his voice and music would be produced. Whatever he did gave out a music sound.

And there was a covering of every precious stone above him,

Ezekiel 28:13
‘….every precious stone was thy covering, the sardius, topaz, and the diamond, the beryl, the onyx, and the jasper, the sapphire, the emerald, and the carbuncle, and gold:….’

So he was a Cherub, who was working in the office of the seraphim. Seraphims are the highest class of Angels in the Angelic hierarchy, followed by Cherubims.

So Lucifer had the privilege of operating as a seraphim whereas he was a Cherub. So whenever he would present himself before God, as he moves, music would come out of his body, songs and music would just be given out by his movements. And other angels admired him for that. Yet in the hierarchy of angels, some angels are also given authority over other angels. Lucifer was one of the angels that was given rulership over some angels that were operating under him. He had angels that were working under him. So these angels would do only what he says.

God is a God of order and once he has set His order He respects it and doesn’t go against it. So anyone who rebels against God’s order rebels against God. If you rebel against your pastor, you rebel against God. So it was impossible for angels under Lucifer to rebel against him, because by doing so, they rebel against God’s order, they were being fed information by Lucifer that corrupted their ways. ____________________
